Our weekly classes include:
Qigong on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, you can enquire directly with me for these, and as the seasons change our curriculum changes too. We have introduced gentler qigong practices and will carry on alternating yin and yang in our sessions.
Our tai chi classes have been back on for a while and you can access the beginner and intermediate sessions by booking with Inverness Leisure center directly. Those classes are help on Monday and Friday mornings.
Introduction to mindfulness

Although the course is designed for beginners it is of interest to people who have tried mindfulness and meditation before too! You can use it as a way to refresh your practice and maybe try this practice from a different angle. We will work with loving kindness, compassion, and the 7 precepts of mindfulness.
I am taking bookings for private sessions, in person for Reiki and Angelic Healing and either in person or on zoom for the mentoring sessions.
1-2-1 qigong sessions are also available, either outdoors or on zoom.
