If you need to cancel or reschedule a session: From time to time you may need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do give me as much notice as possible; the minimum is 48 hours, more is always very much appreciated.

Online and distance sessions: These sessions are payable on booking, the payment will be confirmed when received and a receipt and zoom link will be issued after the payment has been processed. If you need to reschedule, please give me 48 hours minimum, rescheduling is always offered. If you give me less than 48 hours your session is due and payable. Your payment will be held against that session. Please note that no refunds will be issued.

If you miss a session or have given less than 48 hours notice: As sessions do require a certain amount of preparation and investment, if you happen to miss a session or are unable to give me 48 hours notice, the session will be charged at its normal rate, you may also be required to pay for your future sessions in advance with a non refundable clause.

If you need to cancel a workshop or series of classes: Note than no refunds will be given for cancelling attendance to workshops and classes.

Sound bath booking: Sound baths are payable on booking. Your payment may be split if your sound bath is more than £180. If you need to reschedule, please give me 48 hours minimum, rescheduling is always offered. If you give me less than 48 hours your sound bath is due and payable. Your payment will be held against that soundbath. Please note that no refunds will be issued.

A note on Reiki deposits and fair practice: Please note that Reiki deposits are non refundable, and non transferable, they are tied to the agreed date of your course. If you miss the course , you will have to pay the deposit again. Please also note that if you have paid the full course amount the remainder of the course fee does carry over, as it is not tied to the course date and you have a period of 12 months to reschedule your Reiki course. It is always best to get in touch as I will always try my best to accommodate your dates…

Note on Payments for order utilising the BACS facility, it is your responsibility to input your payment through your own online banking facility. No details shall be sent out before your payment is cleared.

For subscriptions: When you subscribe to our catalog, links and passwords will be sent out to you. the subscription management is your responsibility and you can manage it through your Paypal account. From time to time we will change the passwords to the catalogs, and we will email new passwords, if your passwords no longer work and you have an active subscription check your email inbox and sometimes spam/junk folder.

No parts of this website shall be saved or used by a third party without the owner’s (Helene Fleming) express permission. All contents are the intellectual property of Helene Fleming and should not be copied in any way.

Sharing to social platform for information and within what constitutes normal usage of a website is fine.

Any and all workshops, sessions and classes sold online are non refundable and non transferable.

Gift cards: You can use gift cards to purchase in person services (you will need your gift card code with you) or to redeem in our webshop (please give us 24 hours for your code to be activated on the website, exceptionally this can be longer). Your gift card code is tied in to the email address provided at the time of purchase. For web purchases if money is left on your gift card after purchase this will be reflected onto your code (please give 24 hours for us to update the code, exceptionally this can be longer) and you will be able to use the remaining monies on your gift card at a later date. For gift cards, no cash exchanges will be given and no cash change will be issued.

You have a period of 12 months from the date of purchase to use your gift card.

Signing up to our courses:

By signing up to our courses or engaging in our sessions: you understand that full responsibility for your health and wellbeing is your and yours alone, at any time before, during or after the course or session. And that under no circumstances can Helene Fleming/Highland Healing Space be held responsible for what may or may not happen to you whilst undertaking any of our courses or attending any of our sessions. Your responsibility has to be fully engaged and your agreement is expressly given by signing up to our terms and conditions. Helene Fleming/Highland Healing Space would always advise that you consult with your medical doctor/ GP where your medical and mental health is concerned.

The length and duration of the course will be stated, some courses will not have limited time access and some will, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are happy with the terms and condition of your course.

Helene Fleming/ Highland Healing Space cannot be held responsible for technical faults, internet break downs, computer not working and any technical aspect which are out with our control as well as personal circumstance which may result in you not being able to access your courses, class or session. Note that no refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Special note on Munay Ki package: the package is clearly stated as being a contract between you ( the client) and Helene Fleming/Highland Healing Space, for a six month period. If you find yourself unable to complete the package in the time imparted because of any personal circumstances, you will have to pay additional fees as your place is kept open for you for the agreed six months, beyond that 6 months timeframe you will need to agree a new contract with your tutor.

Note on Product discounts: As part of your Aura-Soma session a discount can be applied to products you wish to purchase which are part of your selection. Part of your selection means: any of the four equilibrium bottles selected by you as part of your session on a given day, pomanders, quintessences, archangeloi, and colour essences brought forward and talked through during your session.

The discount is variable and at Helene Fleming’s/Highland Healing Space’s discretion. Where applicable it will start at 10% off RRP for products purchased as part of your selection.

Any products that are outwith your selection and which you wish to purchase outwith your session will be charged at their full RRP and at Helene Fleming’s/Highland Healing Space’s discretion. It is always recommended that you engage with a session before purchasing any products as this will help to make sense of your colour journey.

It is recommended that if you wish to purchase products outwith your selection and a month has passed since your last session, that you should book a check in session, those are shorter in length and will enable you to consider your journey with your current selection in a formal setting.

Note on purchasing for other people: Aura-Soma is self selective and non intrusive, if you think someone may benefit from a session, you can purchase one for them and allow them the space to make their own selection. Refer to gift card section.
